Guest Services
The Guest Services Department is responsible for ensuring the exceptional delivery of our extensive services to our production, post production, workshop, tour, and special event clients.
- Provide a point of contact for fielding customer requests and concerns
- Provide a consistent interface with our production, post production, workshop, tour and special event clients
- Track client satisfaction as well as monitor the service levels through surveying our customers
- Maintain client relationships while on lot and in the future
- Manage parking logistics in conjunction with the security department
- Ensure clients and visitors have a pleasant stay here at The Studios at Las Colinas
